Our On-Ramp classes can be more simply said to being our "CrossFit 101" classes. If you are new to CrossFit we highly encourage these classes for you. Our On-Ramp program is set up to be 2-3 sessions to get a "crash course" in the basic CrossFit movements. It is a perfect opportunity for you to learn these movements, meet our community, and for us to see how you move as an athlete.
